Our estates sit in four markets — the United Kingdom, Uzbekistan, Malta and Turkey — each entered deliberately and held with local partners we know well. The perspective is international; the working method is not. Every engagement is personal, discreet, principal-led and delivery-minded, carried through from first principles to completion.

Beyond real estate, the firm also supports hospitality, development, renewable energy infrastructure, fintech and strategic investment — including a hydroelectric restoration in Uzbekistan, an operating restaurant in Surrey and a UK holding and advisory company working across cross-border investment and long-term projects.

Fintech is managed directly by Prime London, while strategic investment and related operating projects are managed through Conspectus UK.
